November/December newsletter just published

The latest issue reports on possible projects which are being explored, the new format for conference sessions going forwards, and the strategic actions which are to be the focus of the Section. 

An article by Arne Gundersen: 'Competence building in Norwegian libraries...' and a review of the book 'Staff development strategies that work...' are also included.
