The III International Bibliographic Congress will be held on April 27-30, 2021

For the first time, the Congress will be held online. Participation is free.

The Congress is organized by the State Public Scientific and Technical Library of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPSTL SB RAS), Novosibirsk, and co-sponsored by the Russian Library Association, the Russian National Library, and the Russian State Library.

The Program Committee has a strong IFLA connection and includes Mathilde Koskas, Head of the Books section of the French National Bibliography (Bibliothèque nationale de France) and Chair of the Bibliography Section Standing Committee, Nataliya Konstantinovna Lelikova, Head of the Bibliography and Local History Department (Russian National Library) and former member of the Bibliography Section Standing Committee, and Caroline Saccucci, Chief of the U.S. Programs, Law and Literature Division, Acquisitions and Bibliographic Access Directorate (Library of Congress) and member of the Subject Analysis and Access Standing Committee.
