When: 18 August 2021 (Zoom Discussion Room 3, Time: 4:30PM – 5:00PM GMT)

This session provides an opportunity for educators and librarians to review past challenges and experiences with consideration to the recent changes made to online modality in teaching and services due to the pandemic. Both theoretical and practical aspects such as pedagogies, technologies, accessibility, outcome and assessment will be discussed. The goals are as follows:

  • To provide a platform that enables innovation, learning, and professional development in information literacy teaching practices.
  • To enable library users to become lifelong learners with the skills to thrive economically and socially in a technological society through improvement of their information literacy skills.
  • To make a positive impact on people and society by meeting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
